As Creative and Culinary Director at New Riff Distilling, Amy turned her passion for food into passion for parties and events. She's developed a thriving private event program. Now she’s taken on the role of Director of Communications, poised to assist in the launch of New Riff’s flagship whiskies.
President of Amy Tobin & Company, a lifestyle consulting business founded in 2003, Amy has worked with some of the best-known brands in food, culinary education and lifestyle entertainment. Dole, The J.M. Smucker Company, Certified Angus Beef, Scharffen Berger Chocolate and Gold Star Chili are a few examples. Amy develops recipes and web content, conducts media and consumer presentations, and participates in ideation sessions. And she coordinates recipe photo shoots, including her role as a food stylist.
